The heart’s desire is like a seed that roots in the ground and grows when its time is right. The heart’s desire cannot grow from two seeds at once, nor is it wise to cast many seeds in your heart, hoping that one of them will grow. Follow the path of desire and yearning, and it will take you to the seed that is yours.
Once you have that seed you have all that you need to begin. Those things which are not readily at hand will be given you when they are required. You have only to ask yourself in moments when your path seems to be stalling or growth is slow, ‘What am I being given right now?’ Claim that thing and use it and you will be given the next thing that is required for you to grow.
It has been said that the heart is the real treasure, but hearts come and go. Heart’s desires endure. They span lifetimes, sometimes eons, until they are fulfilled.
The heart’s desire is what makes a body and a heart. If you were born into this world, you have one. That is the price of admission into this life.
