“The groundwork for great events must by laid carefully. When people say that, they usually refer to foundations and stones, to level ground and establishing a carefully plotted footprint for a structure they wish to erect vertically, growing on that spot. But when I speak of groundwork I am always talking about the soil.“The soil has its version of all of these things. Its roots and rhizomes are its firm foundation. Its placement of each plant relative to stones, streams, and other plants is just as carefully plotted as a building plan. But there is a difference. As above, so it is below. I never build up without simultaneously building down.“Everything in my world has a hidden dimension. Even the bees and beetles and butterflies, the clouds and rainbows, the breezes and the shadows have a hidden body that counterbalances them, that gives them poise and stability and helps them to remain in balance with all that is. In just this way, you must have faith in all that is to come. Everything that happens in the realm you can see and hear and bear witness to has a hidden body that balances it perfectly and sets all things to rights.“I never stumble. I never fall. The things I carry in My innumerable hands, the weight I bear with all of My arms, these are never cast off or abandoned. I hold All That Is to My breast, and I have many, many breasts. Not one particle of being is ever left unloved or unattended.“You speak of laws—the laws of physics, religious laws, the law of the land. But there is only the law that endures forever. I am All That Came Before, All That Is, and All That Is to Come.”
A new way that is really an old way
