Our Lady Speaks: January 28, 2016

“In every heart there is a small garden – a garden that looks very much like a handful of dirt. Within that dirt, that soil, is everything needed to grow a miracle. But each heart is distinct, and each has its own karma, its own needs, and its own path. Some are well-tended. Some require weeding. Sometimes there is debris that must be cleared away.

For some hearts, a random seed can fall in its soil and instantly take root and pop up. For others, the same seed has to be planted and re-planted over a long period of time before it will germinate and sprout.
You can’t always see the seed when it is sprouting and about to send a green shoot up through the soil. Its germination is hidden just under the dirt.

[She asks Clark if grade school teachers still do that classroom experiment where they place lima beans inside of a mason jar lined with a damp paper towel so that the children can watch them as they sprout. Clark says he doesn’t know. Then She continues…]

If not, that’s too bad, because it gave modern children an education about how life functions, and about how miracles happen, too.
When you say to some people, “Pray for a miracle!” what they hear is “Never gonna happen.” Say it to others and they expect to witness something like a fireworks display on the Fourth of July. Neither is true.

The miraculous and the natural are not at odds with one another. They are one and the same. [Clark says the word She used for “natural” doesn’t have an English equivalent, but seemed to be a blend of “ordinary,” “inevitable,” and “organic.”] You must know that when you are praying for a miracle, you are praying for a natural outcome, for the most natural outcome of all. Your understanding of miracles needs to become organic. Then you will understand.

There may be many reasons why one person experiences a miracle right away, while for another the miracle comes only after a great struggle. Both hearts have the soil they need to grow a seed. But they are differently positioned. Sometimes the difference is as simple as turning your heart to face the sun.
In the meantime… Pray. Look. And listen. That is all you need to know.”
