YOU are all invited!
Everyone is invited to join us in celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Apparition of Our Lady in Woodstock NY on June 15 and 16th, 2026. There will be revelry, a rosary, festivities, and fun! Bring the family, bring some friends, come ready to pray and play! Come for all of it, a part of it, come to meet rosary friends and celebrate the Lady!
Monday evening June 15th
7:30 pm: The Annual Washing of the Shrine and Rosary Prayers (children run the washing and are most welciome!
9 pm – Devotional Dancing to the Black Madonna under the tent, a Mystery Theater (possibly) , Magic under the stars with the fireflies. Let the wild revelries begin! Brung the family, bring some friends, come ready to pray and to play!
Goal: we want young people say this is the best party ever and old people to remember how to be young again.
Tuesday June 16th
1 am: Vigil with Clark at the shrine and everyone is invited to sing a Latin rosary with him in the woods with the owls to commemorate the first apparition. Clark will teach everyone the chant.
11 am – The Annual Faire begins!
Crafts and Imagination… make your own altar, toss a cosmos to Mary and watch her catch it, follow the spider web through the woods to hidden treasures… learn to create your own knotted rosaries. Have a craft or art project you want to share? A kids game you want to create? Let us know! Jugglers, psychics, tarot readers, strolling musicians are welcome.
12:30 pm – Meet & Greet and Miracle Stories
1:00 pm – Pot Luck Feasting – bring your favorite dish to share
3:00 pm – The last full Rosary of Our Lady of Woodstock’s Novena with friends from all over the world
Getting to Woodstock
Woodstock is an hour from Albany International Airport, and two+ hours from JFK, Laguardia, and Newark. There are many ways to get here:
– There is an Adirondak Trailways bus that takes people to downtown Woodstock from Port Authority.
– There is more regular service to Kingston, NY, 20 minutes away.
– There is an Amtrak Train from Penn Station to Rhinecliff, NY, 30 minutes away.
– There are overpriced cabs at the bus and train stations. Woodstock does not have Uber or Lyft.
Staying in or Near Woodstock
Woodstock is a tourist hot spot with lots of variously priced hotels, motels and Air BnB accommodations. The Facebook group is a great place to look for house shares. Kingston and Saugerties tend to have slightly cheaper choices. Woodstock also has a number of official camping locations (Wilson State Park) and lots of forest and fields and streams for the more adventurous outdoor folks.
